  • Event Crew (Freelance)

    LOCATION:
    On-site (various locations in Malaysia)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Setup, logistics handling, barricade/cone placement, water station support

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Punctual, physically fit, team player

    PERKS:
    Daily rate + meals + experience in premium events

  • Event Project Executive
    (Full-Time)

    LOCATION:
    Cyberjaya HQ / Hybrid

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Client coordination, timeline tracking, vendor liaison, basic reporting

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Strong communication skills, well-organized, fluent in English & BM

    EXPERIENCE:
    1–2 years in event/project coordination preferred

  • Logistics & Inventory Assistant

    LOCATION:
    Warehouse (Cyberjaya)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Loading/unloading, event kit packing, asset tracking

    REQUIREMENT:
    Basic computer skills, reliable, detail-oriented. Proficiency with basic warehouse management systems is a plus.
